      <image:caption>Henry “HPatt” Patterson Henry “HPatt” Patterson - Rethink founder “HPatt” is a 40+ year veteran in the foodservice industry. In 1976, he founded Bel Canto, an award-winning, six-location casual dining chain in Greater Boston, and operated it for 15 years. Since selling Bel Canto, HPatt has consulted to a wide variety of food businesses ranging from the nation’s largest manufacturers to single location restaurateurs. His facility at Sanborn Court in Union Square, Somerville houses four successful restaurants and a craft cocktail bar, all owned and operated by visionary chefs/entrepreneurs. HPatt brings a financial perspective to all aspects of our clients’ businesses and is uniquely focused on training his client’s team to think financially regardless of their specific area of responsibility. He holds a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Adult Development from Harvard University. He bicycles Concord's back roads, swims daily in White Pond, and tends to a small flock of chickens.</image:caption>
